This page explains how Kelsey Kooima, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects and uses your information, and the terms that apply when you use courses.kelseykooima.com, kelseykooima.com, or any course, program, community, or digital product you buy from us, including Content Creator Bootcamp. By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, and anything else you submit through opt-in forms, checkout, surveys, applications, or messages to us.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processors (such as Kajabi Payments, Stripe, and PayPal). We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, the site that referred you, and actions you take on our pages, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Program activity. Your course progress, posts or comments in our community, and anything you share with us during coaching, strategy sessions, or messages.

2. How we use your information

To deliver the products you buy and give you access to them
To process payments, send receipts, and manage subscriptions
To send emails you signed up for, including newsletters, free resources, and offers
To answer your questions and provide support
To understand how people use our site so we can improve our pages and programs

We use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and advertising pixels, to understand how visitors use our site and to show and measure ads on social media platforms. These tools use cookies and similar technologies that may collect information about your activity on our site and other sites. You can limit this by adjusting the cookie settings in your browser, installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, updating your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or visiting optout.aboutads.info.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate our business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include Kajabi (website, checkout, and course hosting), our payment processors, Flodesk (email), Skool (community), analytics and advertising platforms, and the scheduling, messaging, and AI assistant tools we use to deliver our programs. We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

5. Emails

If you join our email list or make a purchase, we will send you emails. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any marketing email. We may still send you emails related to your purchases, such as receipts and access details.

6. How long we keep information and how we protect it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our products, meet legal and tax requirements, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@kelseykooima.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your local laws, and we will respond to requests as those laws require.

8. Children

Our site and products are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Links to other sites

Our site and programs link to other websites and platforms, including affiliate and social media platforms. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy our products or join our programs.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

Prices and billing terms are shown at checkout. Some products, including Content Creator Bootcamp, are billed as recurring subscriptions that renew automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel your payment at any time from inside your Kajabi account. You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date, and payments that renew before you cancel are not refundable.

3. Refunds

Because our products are digital and give you immediate access to our content, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including for partial billing periods. From time to time we may offer promotions, such as earning a free month by completing a challenge. Each promotion has its own requirements, which are shared inside the program and must be met in full.

4. Your access and our content

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. All course videos, templates, planners, scripts, and other materials belong to Kelsey Kooima, LLC. You may not share your login, resell, copy, record, or distribute our materials, or use them to create a competing product. We may end your access without a refund if these terms are violated.

5. Community guidelines

Please be kind and respectful in our community, calls, and messages. We may remove posts or remove members who harass others, spam, promote their own offers without permission, or share other members' information outside the community.

6. Third-party platforms

Our programs teach strategies that involve third-party platforms such as Amazon, LTK, ShopMy, Mavely, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and Walmart. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. Their programs, rules, commission rates, and algorithms change often and are outside our control. You are responsible for following each platform's terms and for disclosing your affiliate links and brand partnerships as required by the FTC and other applicable laws.

7. Earnings disclaimer

Results vary and are not guaranteed. Any income figures, screenshots, or student results we share are individual experiences and are not typical, and they are not a promise of what you will earn. Your results depend on your niche, audience, effort, consistency, ad spend, and factors outside anyone's control, including platform and algorithm changes. Running paid ads involves financial risk, and you may spend more than you earn.

8. Educational purposes only

Our content is for educational purposes only and is not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Please talk with a qualified professional about your specific situation.

9. No warranties

Our site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kelsey Kooima, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost ad spend, arising from your use of our site or products.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.

12. Changes

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
